SC4/7 series multi-channel scanners pack a number of functions into one unit. The units accommodate a universal range of temperature & process inputs. The base models (SC4/7) accept one type of transducer signal on all inputs. The enhanced version (SC4+/7+) has fully programmable inputs. Thus, a single unit can accommodate multiple sensor types (temp, pressure, velocity, flow, volume, etc.) at the same time.
The units have multiple display modes and can be programmed to scan all channels, display channel with the highest or lowest reading, process deviation from a pre-determined setpoint or as a timer. Additional features include min/max readings and rate of change for all channels. Also provided is a control relay or open collector output for each channel. Audio & visual indication of relay output status is provided. Designed & manufactured in USA, the SC4/7 series base unit lists for $495.
