Runzheimer International® Launches Runzheimer Mobile(TM) with Salesforce® Integration



Mobile application helps sales and service teams manage itineraries, plan routes, track business mileage and capture expenses in the field with Salesforce CRM integration.



WATERFORD, Wis., -- Runzheimer International(®), the global leader in Total Employee Mobility(®) solutions, today announced the availability of Runzheimer Mobile((TM)) Version 2.1, featuring integration to Salesforce(®) and the ability to access client and prospect information via smartphone in the field.



The application enables route planning, expense tracking, mileage and trip capture.  The new release features two-way communication and integration with Salesforce, allowing field sales and service workers to manage itineraries, contacts and activities in the cloud, self-schedule in real-time and easily locate nearby Accounts, Contacts, Leads and Opportunities via map-based searches with the added ability to enter notes.



For back office operations, trip data is available in the cloud, providing concurrent visibility to back-end administrators and increased visibility into planned versus actual field activity. Data can be used to optimize resource deployment and territory planning along with visibility into driver behaviors and trip costs.
