MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO - Dolan-Jenner, a pioneer in safety light curtain technology, is introducing the most advanced safety light curtain available today, the SafeScanEZ.
Despite its compact size (just 50mm square), the SafeScanEZ dwarfs the competition when it comes to the three factors that most impact safety light curtain use: ease of installation, alignment and maintenance. And the SafeScanEZ is UL/CUL listed and certified compliant with Safety Category 4 per European Norms [EN954-1] and Harmonized Standards for Electro-Sensitive Protective Equipment [IEC 61496-1 and -2].
REVOLUTIONARY NEW PATENTED MOUNTING SYSTEM
Every safety light curtain installation is different, and mounting the devices often poses major challenges. But these headaches are a thing of the past. With the SafeScanEZ bracket system, mounting is easy, and the need to fabricate special brackets is eliminated.
Included with every SafeScanEZ are patented side-, rear- and flush-mount brackets which slide easily into the channel on either side of the light bar and can be positioned anywhere along its length. As many brackets as needed can be used to provide secure support regardless of overall length, and the brackets permit ± 8° rotation of the bar on its optical axis for extremely accurate alignment. Once alignment is achieved, the SafeScanEZ patented lock-down system virtually eliminates the need for further adjustment.
