Rotary Systems Expands Product Line to Offer Electrical Slip Ring Option on Standard Line of Rotary Unions

The rotary union slip ring (RUSR) assembly will transfer your fluids, gasses, and electrical from a stationary source to a rotating structure within one complete assembly. Standard rotary unions are available in various sizes with up to 12 passages. Electrical slip ring option offered in 6, 12, 18, 24, 36, and 56 circuit configurations. Typical applications are robotics, semi-conductor, packaging equipment, work holding, indexing tables, custom equipment, and defense projects.
Rotary union features dual deep groove sealed radial ball bearings, hardened and ground shaft, proprietary machined Teflon seals and appropriate plating on union. Our unions are designed to be "leak free" and are 100% tested prior to shipment.
The electrical slip ring is designed with precision ball bearings and the contacts are gold on gold and can transfer electrical power, data, analog, and digital signal with low electrical noise. Color-coded flexible insulated lead wires are available in 12, 24, 36, and 48 inch lead lengths.
The RUSR assembly allows the design engineer the flexibility to transfer various fluids and gasses along with electrical power in one compact and rugged package for a wide range of applications.
