RT-FLEXII-Z Rotary Table
The model RT-FLEXII-Z is the latest rotary table design by I&J Fisnar Inc. and includes an adjustable pneumatic Z axis, which can be inclined to dispense at an angle as the working part rotates. Dispense objects of up to 15" working diameter can be accommodated, either on the left or right of the system. Simple yet comprehensive controls are provided in order to ensure the correct bead size and finish to the dispense circle.
The DSP501A metering system can be neatly housed within the table for easy access. Dispense and rotation delays are possible together with automatic cycling and speed control. The system is either foot-pedal actuated or by a safe two-hand operation control. It is ideal for all circular dispense operations, such as speaker coils and sealing.
