Sullivan-Palatek, Michigan City, Indiana, manufacturer of industrial electric and diesel driven rotary screw air compressors, introduces one of the largest rotary screw air compressors available. The 300 & 350 Horsepower advanced design brings many innovative features to the air compressor industry.
The 300 & 350 HP air compressor provides positive alignment and operating efficiency by being directly connected to the motor. The Sullivan-Palatek updraft cooler mounted directly to the frame allows for a smaller footprint than current models. Remote cooler packages are also an option.
Dual oversized air filters provide extra protection to the intake system and are strategically located for ease of maintenance. Dual spin-on replacement oil filters are also standard and easy to change.
Instrumentation offers a full line of gauges to monitor all functions of the compressor operation. Compressors can be ordered with analogue or optional full-feature microprocessor controls. These units come standard with 0-100% modulations with either system.
A full acoustical enclosure is also available as an option. In keeping with the Sullivan-Palatek tradition of "Keep it Simple," no tools are required to remove side panels for ease of maintenance.
The advanced design of the Sullivan-Palatek 300/350 HP series compressors has no belts, pulleys, or gears, and as with previous models, are energy efficient and come with the standard 5-year power train warranty for the air end, coupling and motor.
