ConProTec Announces the Availability of MR Mixers for Two-Component Adhesives

Innovative Rotary Mixers Improves Machine Mixing

ConProTec, Inc., the leading innovator of two component adhesive dispensing systems, announces the availability of its MR Line of Rotary Mixers. Designed for use with meter mix and dispense machines (MMD), MR Mixers provide a low cost dynamic mixing solution for two-component adhesives by rotating a mixer element on specially modified MMD manifold heads.

Ideally suited for hard-to-mix foams and urethane elastomers, MR Mixers are constructed of durable polyacetal to resist the added shear of dynamic mixing. Each mixer consists of twelve elements and is available with inner diameters of 6-, 8-, 10-, and 13mm. The bell mouth housing is constructed from polypropylene and will fit all standard MMD manifold heads. The low cost of MR Mixers allows the entire mixer to be discarded, eliminating costly cleaning procedures associated with internal dynamic mixing.

ConProTec is an engineering based company focused on developing the innovative line of STATOMIX static mixers, which includes plastic disposable mixers, stainless steel and plastic/steel in-line mixers and luer lock fittings with needles for special applications. ConProTec also manufactures the complete line of MIXPAC hand-held dispensing products for two component adhesives and sealants.
