Diamond Series 4400 Ag Pumps Provide Maximum Pump Life with Harsh Chemicals
MINNEAPOLIS, MN - Delavan Ag Pumps, Inc. introduces Diamond Series 4400 Roller Pumps. These pumps feature a special alloy body and end plate for maximum durability and long life, and are tested to last up to 10 times longer than conventional cast iron pumps when pumping harsh chemicals, such as Roundup® herbicide.
Weighing just five pounds, Diamond Series 4400 Roller Pumps offer flow output to 6.5 gpm at 1800 rpm (electric motor) or 9.2 gpm at 2600 rpm (gas engine) at pressures to 150 psig, and can handle fluid temperature to 140ºF / 60ºC. Ultra-rollers provide smooth, high performance operation, and long wear life.
Diamond Series 4400 Roller Pumps are available in 5/8" solid shaft or 1/2" hollow shaft models. Shafts are constructed of 416 stainless steel with an extra-fine finish to minimize seal wear, and are supported at both ends by heavy-duty sealed bearings. Rotors are constructed of a corrosion-resistant alloy, and close tolerance machining assures maximum flow and pressure, and prolongs roller life. Available options include PTO adapters and reverse rotation.
Agricultural fluids can corrode most general purpose pumps in a short period of time. Delavan Ag Pumps offers a choice of body alloys to meet fluid requirements.
