Ideal for frozen foods, the A+F KR 180 PA Arctic Palletizer is a robot that needs no protective suit or wrappings, yet can work at temperatures well below zero (to -30° C) with its hand-held control panel remaining fully functional.
The KR 180 PA Arctic allows the palletizing of cases of ice cream, meals, pizzas, fast foods, etc. without any loss of quality due to temperature fluctuations in the freezer room or warehouse. In addition, since no heat is generated in the
palletizer's robot arm, the formation of ice on frozen goods is avoided.
The KR 180 PA Arctic also features very high accelerations to achieve extremely short cycle times. With its speed and ability to work without a protective suit, the machine provides radical cost savings.
