This applicator works with its fully integrated PC allowing for maximized control and versatility. Paragon's RFID applicator is ideal for many supply chain automation and asset tracking applications in variety of industries including manufacturing, retail, warehousing, and medical.
The RFID applicator comes complete with a color touch screen that allows the operator to edit data, control processes, run diagnostics, change setups and track tags that haven't yet been coded, verified or applied. The applicator can operate in two modes; automatic, which is used for integration with new or existing systems and middleware to maximize production and versatility, and manual, which employs an internal database wherein data can be edited, added, and deleted from the labeler's touch screen.
Additional features of the applicator include: silk screened supply paths for easy media changes and error free threading; "Dead tag" management system that ensures that only good labels are applied to products; a SOFT TOUCH roller guide system that can handle fan-fold or roll stock eliminating the need for expensive polyethylene label liners; and an auto-pressurization system with a micron air filter that provides continuous cooling and keeps internal components dust free.
