SMITHFIELD, R.I.-October 7, 2002-New from Bacou-Dalloz is the Howard Leight Fusion(TM) reusable earplug that takes advantage of advanced manufacturing technology to deliver a "revolutionary" combination of maximum comfort, superb fit and easy handling in hearing protection. The new Fusion earplug also offers the highest protection available in a reusable earplug with an NRR (noise reduction rating) of 27.
This latest hearing protection device from the leading global producer of personal protective equipment (PPE) is being introduced at the 90th annual National Safety Council Congress and Expo being held this week at San Diego, Calif.
The new Fusion reusable earplug has a FlexiFirm(TM) core designed to ensure easy insertion into the ear canal and to provide an all-day superior fit. The plug's patented quadruple SoftFlange(TM) design enables it to adjust perfectly to the wearer's ear canal and to deliver superior attenuation.
