Fujitsu Releases GlobalSTORE 4.0 for Retailers and Grocers



Modular POS Platform Adds Enhanced Back-Office Capabilities

Richardson, TX, January 12, 2009 - Fujitsu Transaction Solutions Inc. today released GlobalSTORE 4.0, the latest version of the company's modular point-of-sale (POS) software for retailers and grocers.

The updated platform includes enhanced back-office capabilities that leverage Microsoft's Windows Communication Foundation and Windows Presentation Foundation technologies, allowing retailers to easily add and customize features like back-office and cash-management functions. In addition, GlobalSTORE's back-office interface has been modified for increased user-friendliness.
