Evaluate Paper Roll Damage with the "SPY" - a Silent Inpector

With the "SPY" by BRUDI BOLZONI AURAMO, you have a unique device that enables you to determine the cause of possible damage paper rolls may have encountered en route. In addition, the "SPY" is able to determine the precise time possible damages may have occurred.

Because of the compactness of the "SPY", it can be concealed into the core of a paper roll prior to wrapping. It travels with the paper roll from the mill to the end user, constantly monitoring events that occur during transportation and handling. Information monitored includes three perpendicular directions, the exact time of the occurrence and the temperature if the change exceeds pre-selected values.

The "SPY" includes an analysis program that runs on Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows NT. The graphical user interface allows full evaluation of the stored data and may be used to configure the measuring parameters, setting the thresholds and synchronizing the internal clock.
