Dependable Refrigerated Air Dryers For General Industrial Applications
Lake City, PA - New RD Series refrigerated compressed air dryers from Van Air Systems, a division of Van Air, Inc., remove problem-causing moisture from indoor air lines while offering the advantages of maximum dew point performance, low pressure drops and no heat exchanger freeze-ups with low loads.
The RD series provides a 35-38 deg Fahrenheit dew point and features a non-cycling refrigerant compressor, CFC-free R-22 refrigerant and a capacity control valve to prevent heat exchanger freeze-ups at low loads and to maintain a steady dew point when flows fluctuate.
Choose from models to handle flows from 10 through 3,000 scfm at 100 psig. Models under 40 scfm include a built-in mechanical drain. A refrigerant analyzer gauge, an electronic drain and a drain control panel with drain open light and open/cycle time adjustments are included on models 40 scfm and larger. Additional features on models 80 scfm and larger include a high evaporator temperature light and a high/low refrigerant pressure shutdown. All models are available for immediate delivery.
