High Voltage Reed Relays Feature Breakdown Voltages to 15,000 VDC



A full line of reed relays offered in high voltage or high frequency and high power configurations for PCB mount or free-standing applications is available from MEDER electronic Inc. of Mashpee, Massachusetts.

MEDER High Voltage Reed Relays are designed to switch high voltages. Featuring switching voltages up to 10,000 VDC and breakdown voltages to 15,000 VDC, with 1,000 Gigaohm between coil and contact, and carry current up to 5 Amps, they come in PCB mount or axial-leaded versions.

Available with 1 to 2 Form-A, 1 Form-B, or 1 Form-C contacts, MEDER High Voltage Reed Relays can include a wide range of options such as power switching up to 100 Watts, special pin-outs, and case sizes. The HF Series high frequency and high power device provides RF switching up to 30 MHz. Applications range from high voltage test sets to medical equipment.
