Original Press Release:

Spence Announces Custom Configured Condensate Recovery System

Spence Engineering Company, Inc. and Nicholson Steam Trap, of Walden, New York, are please to annouce custom configurations for their Condensate Commander Pump products, including customized piping configurations, stainless steel tanks and skidded turnkey condensate recovery stations.

Condensate Commander Pumps feature a normally compressed stainless steel, single spring float mechanism located outside the flow of condensate which puts them well ahead of the competition in terms of performance and reliability. This mechanism is so reliable, it carries a lifetime warranty on the spring! It is also available for retrofit into other manufacturers' tanks at a fraction of the cost of total replacement.

Condensate Commander Pumps are the ideal choice for removing difficult media such as high temperature condensate and corrosive fluids from remote or hazardous locations without electricity. The Condensate Commander excels in applications where high back-pressure is present and a steam trap alone will not pass the condensate.

Standard Condensate Commander Pumps include 125, 200 or 250 PSIG ASME code stamped cast steel tanks for operating pressures up to 250 PSI at 400°F and are in stock, ready to ship.

Spence Engineering Company, Inc. is an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer of pressure and temperature regulators, control valves, steam traps and safety and relief valves. Spence Engineering is a division of CIRCOR International, a NYSE company.
