Series³ 2406 Receiver Suited For Frequent Material Changes

SALINA, KS-Premier Pneumatics, Inc. has the pleasure of announcing the release of the Series³ Model 2406 Receiver. This new model is ideal for applications when space is a premium and material volumes are minimal. Designed with the small part plastic molder in mind, the 2406 is suited for applications when material changes are frequent. The unit easily disassembles with removal of one quick-release clamp for material changes and cleaning.

The 2406 has two different models, A and B, which are both constructed with the standard material, spun aluminum. A low-voltage cable system with quick-connect plugs allows the receivers to be connected to the Microprocessor Controller (MPC) or the PLC Central Controller without tools. All models require 80 to 100 PSI dry compressed air for the main air control valve and contain a maximum volume per draw of 1 pound (based on 35 pounds per cubic foot pellets).
