ReadSoft Signs Invoice Automation Agreement Worth 380,000 USD with Global Chemical Company

A leading company specializing in the manufacture and sale of chemicals, plastics and fibers has chosen ReadSoft's SAP-certified invoice automation solution to process paper and electronic invoices throughout its global accounts payable operations. In addition to processing invoices, the organization will leverage ReadSoft's solution to route purchase cards, P-Cards, inside SAP. The deal was signed during the fourth quarter of 2010.
With manufacturing and technical facilities across the globe, the organization sought an invoice processing solution to support its growing invoice volume and reduce operating inefficiencies in its enterprise-wide payables process. The organization recognized ReadSoft's unparalleled track record of hundreds of global implementations within SAP environments and selected the leading solution provider to spearhead its invoice processing initiative.
By automating its invoice processing seamlessly within SAP, the company looks forward to reduced invoice processing cycle times and improved visibility and control over invoices. The organization also aims to leverage ReadSoft's latest INVOICE COCKPIT Suite module, P-Card, to process and streamline procurement card transactions within the same system as paper, EDI, and e-invoices.
