IntelliBatt's Monitoring System monitors the performance of each individual battery, including voltage, temperature, and impedance, plus UPS AC Ripple, among other key metrics, several times a day. All of this data is continuously monitored and analyzed by a team of experts in the IntelliBatt Network Operations Center (NOC). By predicting and preempting failure, IntelliBatt monitored sites have a perfect 20-year track record of 100% battery uptime. RagingWire's critical facilities technicians also have 7x24 access to the battery and UPS state-of-health through a secure web portal - on a computer, smartphone or tablet - as well as via phone or email support.
