New Severe Duty Pulper Drives are Now Available from Falk!
Milwaukee, WI - A NEW line of severe duty pulper drives is now available from Falk Corporation. Preventing water from entering a Pulper Drive is the key to extending its operating life. Falk standard water exclusion features include an external shaft slinger, V-ring seal, and tandem lip seal arrangement at the vertical shaft extension. A side mounted Airmax water exclusion filter / breather is also provided. Optional features include a stainless steel shroud for water exclusion (as pictured), and non-vented bladder arrangements. Prior to shipment, all Falk Pulper Drives are air pressure tested and sealed to eliminate any potential path for water ingress.
Falk's New Design Pulper Drives also feature high accuracy case carburized & ground gearing, and rugged fabricated steel housings, resulting in a rigid and long life drive, ideally suited to paper mill duty. Lubrication of all bearings and gear meshes is assured by a pressurized internal oil distribution system with freestanding lube pump package, including oil filter. Ten (10) sizes are available for a wide range of Pulper requirements. Falk can also supply a complete drive system including flexible or fluid couplings, and guards.
