Sensors for Food and Beverage and Pharmaceutical Manufacturers

Mechanicsburg, PA - Automation Systems Interconnect, Inc. is pleased to announce the introduction of the FP Series of inductive proximity sensors. These inductive proximity sensors feature a high temperature operating range and are suited for applications that require resistance to a wide range of industrial chemicals and to high pressure wash down operations.

With an IP69K rating the FP series is ideal for applications in food and beverage, pharmaceutical and automation industries. The FP Series of inductive proximity sensors can reliably operate in temperatures up to 180°C/356°F and is assembled with FDA approved Viton® seals. All other components including the 316L stainless steel bodies have been selected to resist chemical attacks from sanitizers, surfactants and cleaning agents including diluted bases and acids. In addition, they have a high vibration resistance and can easily be used on moving equipment.

Available in M12, M18 and M30 formats in PNP or NPN. They offer sensing distances of 3mm up to 15mm and come with pre-wired high temperature, chemical resistant cables.
