SKF® "Easy Serve" capabilities provide users with an experienced resource to custom-machine or modify shafting and profile rail guides to satisfy particular requirements for precision linear-guidance applications. The service specializes in cut-to-length shafting and rails and delivers quick turnaround.
Users can directly contact "Easy Serve" by calling 1-800-541-3624 (toll-free) to make arrangements with the nearest service center. All SKF service centers are ISO registered and comply with applicable quality standards.
"Easy Serve" can handle cut-to-length specifications for shafting (case-hardened or ground carbon steel and chrome-plated or stainless) in diameters ranging from 1/4 in. (3mm) to 2 in. (80mm). Rails for profile rail guides can be supplied readily in widths from 15mm to 55mm.
