News that will make you sit up and take notice: with the Productionserver 6 Color Copier Edition, one of the most well-known and globally leading RIP software solutions is now also finally available for toner-based color copier systems - and, as announced by the ColorGATE manufacturer, at very attractive conditions.
The software experts from Hannover have already been setting new standards in this industry in digital large-format printing in the inkjet sector with their universal production RIP Productionserver for years, and now its entire range of functions can also be used on virtually any of the popular toner-based color systems. Highly innovative driver technology - which has always been one of ColorGATE's particular strengths -along with special extensions in the modular software architecture make it possible.

The most important highlights of the Productionserver 6 Color Copier Edition include without a doubt Media Device Synchronization MDS. This unique module provides an elegant solution to a problem that challenges a lot of toner-based printing systems: high susceptibility to fluctuations in color quality. With MDS now all the printing systems connected can be recalibrated quickly and directly; any deviations in color quality, as they are known to plague even identical systems, are corrected in a flash.

The optionally available Proofgate Module PGM also enables the reliable standardization of all the toner-based and inkjet systems in a production environment. For the seamless integration of toner-based PostScript capable color copier systems in existing Productionserver 6 environments, the Productionserver 6 Color Copier set is available with the Color Copier COCM and 1 Color Copier Printer Driver.
