The ARPAC GROUP, leaders in shrink packaging solutions, are pleased to introduce the BRANDPAC Series print registered film multipackers and tray wrappers at the InterBev show, Booth#1717.

At speeds ranging from 35 to 90 multipacks a minute, the durable BRANDPAC Series is ideal for the medium to high volume bottling industry and contract packers. These versatile continuous motion bottom overlap wrapping systems multipack a variety of products in unsupported bundles and over-wrapped trays, using clear, printed or print registered polyethylene film. With registration accuracy within 1/16inch, print registered film provides an attractive forum to billboard your brand and merchandise your product at the fraction of the cost of paperboard packaging. These multipacks reduce material disposal, offer shelf-ready shipping capabilities and are easy to handle by consumers.

A new bottom overlap sealing system offers low volume side and top hot air flow to reduce film ballooning in the tunnel. This feature is energy efficient and provides better product transfer and support through the tunnel. Other features include Servo technology for film registration, and shuttle groupers for gentle product handling. Quick product changeovers take place by tool-less adjustment of the shuttle grouper and insertion of new color-coded lane spacers.
