New! Pressure Transmitter that Meets Sanitary Standards!



Dwyer Instruments, Inc. is proud to announce the release of the Series 681 Sanitary Pressure Transmitter. The Series 681 is designed to meet 3A sanitary standards for food, dairy, beverage and pharmaceutical processing, liquid level control, and sanitary pipelines.

The Series 681 features a unique, no liquid fill diaphragm and a 2" Tri-Clover sanitary pressure fitting for easy installation. The unit is also fully sealed to withstand high-pressure washdown in Clean-in-place (CIP) and Sterilize-in-place (SIP) installations. The Series 681 is housed in 304 stainless steel and the wetted parts are composed of 316L stainless steel. This unit can be used with compatible liquids and gases.

The Series 681 features a 2-wire 4-20 mA output and has a supply voltage of 9-30 VDC. This unit has a ½" conduit electrical fitting and strain relief with 15 feet (4.5m) of cable attached. The Series 681 has an accuracy of ±.20% of full scale, a response time of less than or equal to 10ms, and a compensated temperature range of 20 to 180°F (-7 to 80°C), 10 to 90% RH, non-condensing.

The Series 681 has several models available with pressure ranges from 0-1 psi to 0-300 psi. All models are priced at $650.00
