New 3V Supply Pressure Sensors Come With Pre-Amplification and Temperature Compensation
December 1, 2005 - Servoflo Corporation of Lexington, Massachusetts is pleased to announce a new line of pre-amplified 3V pressure sensors from Fujikura of Japan. Accepting a supply voltage of 3 volts ±0.15 VDC, the X3 Series come in a variety of models including differential, gauge, and absolute pressure versions.
With a rated, measurable pressure range of 50-1000 kPa depending on the model, the X3 Series has an accuracy of ±5% full-scale from 0-50° C. The factory calibrated high level output provides a 1.5 Volt dynamic range to allow for good resolution and sensitivity. On-chip amplification and temperature compensation make the Fujikura X3 Series easy to use. A variety of package styles are available, including dual in-line, horizontal pressure port DIP, 3mm & 6 mm pressure ports, and surface mount designs. Non-corrosive gas is used in all models except for the XFGMC which accepts some, non-corrosive liquids.
Applications for the Fujikura X3 Series includes altitude compensation, industrial automation, pressure switches, barometers and altimeters, pressure switches, pneumatic and medical devices. Battery operated products are also an excellent fit for the X3 Series.
