Quadro 15 PLUS's specially-designed point geometry makes it ideal for cutting stainless steel, steel, cast iron and other non-ferrous materials. Its sophisticated engineering makes the drill ultra-rigid, requiring less cutting force and increasing feeds and speeds. Quadro 15 PLUS can drill up to 50 percent faster and can hold close tolerances, achieving a hole quality of H7 or better. Productivity is maximized by eliminating the need for subsequent finish operations, delivering a quality surface finish of Ra 0.8 µ (32rms). All sizes are standard coolant through and have a Balzers coating. The Quadro 15 PLUS is available from ~4-20mm in standard length of 6 times diameter.
