Thomson Industries Announces Availability of Distinctively Shaped Precision Balls
Port Washington, NY -- Thomson Industries - the leader in specialty and value added precision ball technology - announces the availability of a variety of distinctively shaped balls -- including "flat," "diagonally cut," "cone" and "pin" shaped balls that are typically used as hardened polishing and shaping tools.
Specific applications vary from polishing surfaces with sharp edges (diagonally cut balls) to polishing uniformly shaped surfaces such as coins (flat balls).
Sizes range from 1/6 to 1 inch in stainless steel, 52100 chrome, and ceramic materials. Other sizes and materials are available upon request.
