Detail: CLAIRTON, PA. The Kurt J. Lesker Company is pleased to announce that we are the exclusive North American distributors of a new power supply/temperature controller. The SHPS8KW is a closed-loop power supply and digital temperature controller which will power all types of heaters- PGG or PBN "Button Substrate Heaters." This auto-tuning programmable temperature controller is available for profiled substrate temperature
applications. When used with the "Neocera" heater assembly, it provides stability of better than +/- 1°C. Integrated with the proper size heater, this package will provide accuracy and
reproducibility for even the most demanding applications.
Neocera's heater ramps from ambient to 800°C and stabilizes to +/- 1°C in <5 minutes. Cool down takes ~0.5 hour @ l Atm. Pressure. Uniformity +/- 5°C across a 1.50" diameter area.
Single-, double-. or four-lamp quartz lamp assemblies with 500W or 600W quartz lamps, as well as finned heaters, and heater pads, tape, can also be used with this controller/power supply.
