Lincoln's Ranger(TM) 3 Phase Offers Portable Auxiliary Power For The Farm, Ranch Or Job Site
Cleveland, OH - The new Ranger(TM) 3 Phase from The Lincoln Electric Company delivers up to 11,500 watts peak (10,500 watts continuous) three phase power for farm irrigation circles, pumps and other power-hungry applications. Or, users can also take advantage of 10,500 watts peak (9,500 watts continuous) single phase power for back-up generators, plasma cutters, inverter welders, lights, grinders and other power tools.
In addition to portable auxiliary power, the Ranger 3 Phase can be used for AC or DC stick and TIG welding, MIG and flux-cored wire welding and arc gouging. It offers a smooth AC/DC welding output for a broad range of welding capabilities. At 100 percent duty cycle, the power source is rated 225 amps for AC, 210 amps for DC and 200 amps for CV.
The Ranger 3 Phase is powered by a low maintenance, 20 horsepower Kohler® engine which delivers dependable starting, great fuel efficiency and years of reliable use. That's enough power to allow for simultaneous welding and auxiliary power loads. For example, at 145 amps of welding output, the operator can still power up to 4,500 watts of tools and accessories.
The two-cylinder, four-cycle OHV Kohler engine is air cooled and easy to maintain with an oil change required only every 100 hours and an oil filter change every 200 hours. A sizeable nine-gallon fuel tank provides extended hours of operation. The unit features built-in feet for mounting to a truck or trailer.
Rangers have been subjected to an extensive testing program to ensure reliable operation in a wide variety of environmental conditions.
Manufactured under a quality system certified to ISO 9001 requirements, the Ranger carries Lincoln's three-year warranty (all engines carry a separate warranty by the manufacturer.)
