Altronix Enhances Line of Outdoor CCTV Power Supplies with Additional Models
New Outdoor Four-Output UL Listed Units Backed By Lifetime Guarantee.
Brooklyn, NY (December 9, 2004) - Altronix Corporation, the security industry's leading supplier of power solutions, introduces two new outdoor power supplies designed specifically for outdoor CCTV and video surveillance applications. The new four-output UL Listed outdoor units are available in two different configurations offering 24VAC or 28VAC operation with three PTC protected power limited outputs for video cameras and one fuse protected output for PTZ, heaters and other video accessories. The new four-output units join Altronix's established line of eight-output outdoor power supplies.

Two new four-output outdoor models are available:
o WPTV244300UL provides field switchable 24VAC @ 12.5 amps (300VA) or 28VAC @ 6.25 amps (280VA) total output.
o WPTV244175UL provides field switchable 24VAC @ 7 amps (170VA) or 28VAC @ 6.25 amps (175VA) total output.
Both units are UL Listed (UL 2044) and accept 115VAC 50/60Hz. Additional features include: three PTC protected outputs and one fuse protected output; NEMA 4 Rated enclosure; AC power LED indicators; power on/off switch / circuit breaker; and camera synchronization circuitry. The new four-output outdoor power supplies are designed for ease of installation and are supplied with spare fuses.
