With its powerful high torque motor incorporated into the LUSTER E-max handle, this pistol type electromotive polisher has become better balanced, easier to use and less expensive.
Because it has a 360 deg adjustable head, a variable reciprocating stroke rate to 7,600 times per minute and a variable stroke range from zero to six millimeters, the LUSTER adapts to any polishing application. It handles tools to 6.4 mm in shaft diameter.
This LUSTER model NLS-100 combines a high torque motor and quarter speed reducer for polishing and deburring, with accurate reciprocating motion (due to its precise linear guides) for filing and lapping. It's rubber grip adds comfort by dramatically reducing vibration.
A standard set of reciprocating accessories is included and the unit is compatible with the extensive Electer E-max line.
