A companion for the company's pneumatic vacuum conveying systems, the vibrating feeder automatically weighs precise amounts of powders, pellets, flakes, tablets, and other bulk materials and gently doses them into hoppers, mixers, pill counters, baggers, and vertical form fill seal machines. The vibratory weigh feeder features a proprietary vibrator design that sets the powder or other material in a uniform layer while gently advancing the material toward discharge in a first-in, first-out process. Particle integrity is assured and mixtures remain mixed without separation.
Scheduled to be shown in live action feeding dry seeds into the company's signature VS Series vacuum conveyor, the versatile feeder may be configured for loss in weight feeding, gain in weight feeding, and continuous metering to suit nearly any filling or packaging line. Both the vibrating feeder and vacuum conveyor include stainless steel construction in product contact areas for sanitary operations and are ATEX-certified as explosion-proof by design as standard. The weighing module is offered as an option along with dust-tight connections, sealed feeding tray, and other custom accessories.
