Product Description: This new addition to Heyco's line of pre- molded cord ends allow manufacturers who use the larger 10-12 AWG wires to benefit from the same assembly-time cost savings and product quality improvements as have users of smaller-gauge wires. With the 10-12 AWG Male Bridge, three electrical terminals can be crimped at once on the assembly line. This allows faster loading of plug overmolds which reduces plug cost and molding cycle times. The bridge is available in black or "natural" nylon. Optional seven-shape blades feature a retention ledge to maintain a firm position during plug molding. In addition, Heyco's 10-12 AWG Male Bridges pass high-temperature pullout tests with low cost PVC.
Construction & Finishes: Support structure (bridge) is molded of durable type 6/6 nylon. Blades and pins are precision-stamped brass for sturdy conductivity.
