The Dwyer Series DF Pleated Filters are ideal for nearly all commercial, industrial, and health care applications where an efficient, long-life filter is desired. An automated construction process provides the quality, consistency, and performance that other hand assembled pleated filters simply cannot match. Utilizing premium, synthetic material and an advanced design, the DF is able to withstand considerable abuse from shipping and handling without damage. The thermally bonded synthetic media is not adversely affected by high humidity applications, as is typically the case in conventional cotton blend/resin bonded pleat media. A square pleat tip design allows for both rigidity and increased surface contact. A center support strut adds strength and eliminates breaching. The frame is constructed of 100% recyclable moisture resistant paperboard. The 100% synthetic media inhibits biological growth and allows for low resistance operation making the DF a practical, cost-effective filtration option.
