Unicor Gives Plastic Corrugators Major Facelift

London, Ontario-Unicor Plastic Machinery Inc. is pleased to announce it is ready to take orders for the new UC 58 Vario Corrugator that allows manufacturers for the first time to change molds and chain lengths in under 30 minutes.
The UC 58 Vario Corrugator is designed to produce top quality medical hoses and tubes, automotive tubing, architectural and electrical conduits. This new generation of corrugators features the unique variable length mold chain. Quick chain length adjustment and simple operation are central to this innovative design.
The UC 58 is built by Unicor of Germany and tailored to fit the American market. The new two-inch wide mold, plus North American based maintenance and service means this European system can provide superior control and efficiency anywhere. The UC 58 can process PVC, ABS, PE, PT, nylon and Teflon for a wide range of hosing and tubing needs.
