Revvo Caster Introduces New PlasTech Solus Total Lock Casters for Added Safety in a Wide Range of Light-Duty Applications

The Revvo Caster Company, Inc., Buffalo, New York announces the introduction of its new PlasTech Solus swivel casters with total lock brakes for medical products and equipment, home and office furniture, promotional and retail display units, catering appliances, distribution trolleys, and other light-duty applications where attractive style and ergonomic performance are integral to the design.

The total lock brake is operated by a foot pedal that locks the wheel and swivel simultaneously for added safety, according to Revvo. Constructed of high-performance thermoplastics, PlasTech Solus total lock casters come in wheel diameters of 4-inch with a load capacity of 176 lbs. and 5-inch with a load capacity of 220 lbs. for standard models and 5-inch (220 lbs. load capacity) for low-profile models (5.2 inches to the base of the stem). PlasTech Solus casters are offered with a choice of roller or ball bearings and feature a white RAL 9003 body and gray RAL 7005 polyurethane tires.
