Photometric Detector meets CIE 127-1997 conditions A and B.

Press Release Summary:

Suited for measuring virtually any type of LED-based display, Photometric 127 Sensor features 100 mm² input aperture and photopic filter that provides less than 1% f1' with individually measured spectral response. It includes CD with calibration data and comparison curves, application notes, and scanned absolute photopic responses. When used with portable IL1400 and benchtop IL1700 radiometers, detector provides NIST traceable results.

LED Photometric Detector Meets CIE 127-1997 Conditions A & B

A new LED photometric detector that measures CIE averaged LED intensity per CIE 127-1997 Conditions A & B and provides calibration curves on a CD is being introduced by International Light, Inc. of Newburyport, Massachusetts.

The IL Photometric 127 Sensor features a 100 mm² input aperture and photopic filter that provides <1% f1' with an individually measured spectral response to allow LED measurements in accordance with CIE 127-1997 Conditions A & B. Designed for use with their portable IL1400- and benchtop IL1700 radiometer systems, this sensor includes a CD with calibration data and comparison curves, application notes, and scanned absolute photopic responses.

Ideal for measuring virtually any type of LED-based display including traffic signals, highway and mass transit messaging systems, stadium-type signage, and instrumentation, the IL Photometric 127 Sensor combined with either of their radiometers provides NIST traceable results. Applications include research and development, quality control, and incoming inspection.

The IL Photometric 127 and IL1400 Radiometer are priced at $1,495.00 (list). Literature is available upon request.
