Red Wing Software Announces New Version Enhancements for Red Wing Payroll 9.0
Red Wing, MN - September 28, 2003 - Red Wing Software, Inc. announced today that a new version of Red Wing Payroll will be released October 22, 2004 with updated federal and state tax forms, increased tax reporting flexibility, e-filing, and enhanced workers compensation tracking.
The new Red Wing Payroll version provides users with the 2004 federal tax forms versions, including W-2, 1099 and 941 forms.
"The addition of the 1099-Patronage form is a result of our continued efforts to meet the needs of our agribusiness customers," said Jon Isackson, Product Manager.
"Customers can now save valuable time by e-filing their W-2 forms with the Social Security Administration, which is an increasingly popular request. It is our goal to remain proactive when it comes to government mandates that affect our customers' annual tax filing requirements," Isackson continued.
Worker's Compensation reporting has also been enhanced to better track various overtime pay methods, which allows customers to save money with more accurate reporting of earnings.
