Patent-Pending Orbital Wrapper Enables Safe Transport of Drums and Barrels as Unitized Pallet Load

TAB Wrapper Tornado Secures Round Loads to Pallets, Prevents Scratches, Dents, Spills

Reading, PA: Orbital stretch-wrapping machines in the TAB Wrapper Tornado line from TAB Industries, LLC, Reading, Pa. (www.tabwrapper.com), secure steel, plastic, fiberboard and other drums and barrels to pallets to prevent sliding, shifting and tumbling in transit and storage. Eliminating the need for cumbersome banding, cinching and strapping, the patent-pending TAB Wrapper Tornado wraps stretch film 360 degrees around and under the pallet and over the top of the drums and barrels in multiple layers in seconds to create a tight, durable wrap that promotes safe arrival without scratches, dents, pings and/or spills.

Proven in LTL common carrier and truckload transportation, the semi-automatic TAB Wrapper Tornado allows the palletized containers to be safely wrapped while raised on a forklift at the press of a button or by the forklift driver alone using remote control from his/her seat (optional). Ideal for hauling both UN/DOT-regulated and non-regulated materials, the orbital wrapper accommodates filled and empty drums and barrels of different heights and capacities on the same pallet load while maintaining the strength, integrity and stability of the wrap.

Developed and manufactured at the company’s Reading, Pennsylvania headquarters, the TAB Wrapper Tornado line comprises three, standard models plus fully automated models and custom sizes. The packaging machines ship fully assembled and tested with a full warranty.
