T15-ERGO: tci Panel PC Unites the Advantages from the T- and A-series
The completely closed panel PC T15-ERGO is a new development from the house tci, which unites the advantages from two already proven equipment series: High maximum capability and flexibility even in most difficult environmental conditions distinguish this industry computer.
Its completely closed, powder-coated aluminium chassis offers protection against external influences and inserts itself thereby optimally into each work surrounding field. The durable panel PC is equipped with a 15.1" TFT with thermally per-stressed and coated protection glass and a backplane, which holds up to three free slots. The milled aluminium front of the housing provides for special register accuracy in IP65, the back is protected in accordance with IP54. This means there is no air exchange with the ambient atmosphere, making operation both silent and hygienic.
Protected behind a flap the drive assemblies (FDD, HDD and CD-ROM) are easily accessible from the bottom like the connection panel and control elements (in and circuit breakers). The data input is made comfortably by Touchscreen technology. Individual and even adjustment possibilities as well as the integrated cable run distinguish this variant besides. To the optimal placement of the T15-Ergo different possibilities are available: By the wall assembly at a support arm system the T15-Ergo achieves - like all devices of the ErgoLine - a vertical swivelling range of 180° and makes thereby ergonomically correct attitude for standing and sitting activities easily possible. Further alternatives are the assemblies at a stand or the table assembly at a support arm. These variable mounting types create high mobility and open unlimited areas of application to the T15-Ergo: So the reliable panel PC finds for example usage in production data acquisition, industrial machine operation or as loadable and long-lived information terminal use in the factory data capture.
Besides it can be laid out like each system of the ErgoLine according to the strict requirements of the DIN EN 60601, with which the panel pc is applicable as medicine product also. Beyond that even an optional manufacturing in a stainless steel housing is feasible. That and its characteristics flexibility and robustness open to him further fastidious operational areas, as for instance the food -, pharmacy - or chemical industry, which make high demands on the hygiene of their devices. A customized design is offered likewise by the manufacturer.
