Chassis Plans Unveils Paired Rackmount Flip Up/Flip Down LCD Monitors
San Diego, Calif. - May 1, 2006 - Chassis Plans, The Original Industrial Computer Source(TM), today released the CPL-A1617 and CPL-A1617U Series, high-performance SXGA 1280 x 1024 pixel resolution 17" LCD displays. These companion displays mount one above the other with the top display tilting up and the bottom display tilting down to provide a double height 17" rackmount LCD display.
Designed to satisfy a wide range of industrial, commercial, broadcast and military requirements, the CPL-A1617 and CPL-A1616U displays offer 250nit brightness and 350:1 contrast for exceptional viewing ability. An anti-glare hard coating minimizes reflections making images that much clearer. The aspect ratio is 4:3 with a Pixel Pitch of only 0.264mm. It will display 16.7 million colors (True Color).
The displays are very short at only 16" allowing installation in virtually any rack or transit case. Their rugged but lightweight aluminum construction and low power requirement make them ideal for portable applications.
