Original Press Release:

New SiteLyter® Outdoor Area Lighting from Exceline: Brilliant Engineering, No Matter How You Look At It

SiteLyter® -family of pole- and wall-mounted
outdoor area lights, with performance-driven optics.

Design: ExceLine/GenLyte Thomas In-House Product Design &
Engineering Team.

Manufacturer: ExceLine-a GenLyte Thomas Group, LLC, company.

Product Applications: New SiteLyter meets strict IESNA distribution requirements. It offers a choice of lamping, vertical or horizontal orientation, and Type II, III, IV and V light distribution patterns. Models in the series are "job-rated" for outdoor pole- and building-mounted area
lighting applications, such as airports, corporate grounds, parks, public and private parking lots, recreational areas, and shopping centers.

Product Description: SiteLyter can be immediately noted for its
contemporary, compact square housing that mounts to round or square poles, or directly to building walls.

More distinctive are SiteLyter optics. A choice of metal halide, pulse-start metal halide or high-pressure sodium lamps, spanning wattages from 250 to 1000 watt, may be ordered with vertical or horizontal orientations.

Computer-designed precision-formed, specular metal reflectors provide symmetrical field-adjustable rotation in 90° increments. This helps project the light where it is needed and reduce light trespass.

IESNA Type Il, 1II, IV and V light distribution patterns may be specified, using the same size housing and source, for continuity of design and function. Semi-cutoff, cutoff and full cutoff beam spreads can be specified. Optimum illumination can be achieved using the fewest number of fixtures, helping to
reduce initial-purchase costs as well as long-term costs. Single, dual and multiple heads are mountable in six configurations.

Construction & Finishes: SiteLyter is formed of a heavy-gauge
aluminum housing with superior corrosion resistance. An extruded
anodized doorframe resists distortion and leakage. A tempered and
gasketed glass lens withstands thermal and physical shock. Lens door is hinged; optics can be removed easily if necessary. Lamp socket is 4KV pulse-rated porcelain. Ballast is tray-mounted with integral heat sink.

ExceLine employs an advanced oven-baked Vortech polyester powder-
coating electrostatic system, for lasting adhesion. "Chameleon" color management allows a wide array of standard and custom colors, with economical changes during order production.
