G&L Motion Control Offers New Cimrex 41 Touch Screen HMI As Part Of Their Total Motion Control Solution
December 20th, 2004 - G&L Motion Control, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin - G&L Motion Control is pleased to announce that the Cimrex 41 HMI touch-screen is now available for use and integration with their family of MMC Motion Controllers and Servo Drives.
The new Cimrex 41 operator interface from Beijers Electronics has a 3.8" touch display with built-in Ethernet. The high-resolution display has 320 X 240 pixels with 0-100% backlight dimming for optimal viewing in a wide variety of applications. The Cimrex 41 has all of the powerful features of the other Cimrex terminals, such as alarm and recipe management, multilanguage support, dual drivers, password protection, and trending.
Version 4.13 of CimrexProg, the software package used to create screens, has been released which includes an updated G&L driver. The G&L driver, which interfaces directly to the tag name database in your motion control application program, allows serial or Ethernet communications to their MMC, MMC for PC or PiC motion controllers from any of the Cimrex terminals.
