New Robosizer(TM) Product Sizing Software Reduces System Design Time
Demonstrates held in booth 2705 at ATExpo
Rosemont, Ill., Sept. 28 - Robohand, a DE-STA-CO Industries Company (Madison Heights, Mich.), will be demonstrating its new Robosizer(TM) product sizing software in booth 2705 at Assembly Tech Expo. Robosizer was developed to help engineers significantly reduce system design time by providing the user with the ability to size Robohand products to fit their application parameters.
Robosizer's HTML compatible software allows users to work on-line without having to download the software, making this a 24 hour service, worldwide. The user fills in the application parameters shown on the screen. Robosizer then filters out units that will not work under any circumstances, yet leaves borderline units that may work with only slight modifications. Non-compliant parameters are highlighted. System design time is significantly reduced by narrowing down the search for products that fit a particular application.
"As part of our mission to bring innovation to the industry, we are proud to introduce Robosizer as a state-of-the-art technology enabling customers to reduce design time and costs." said Marc Grammatico, applications engineer, Robohand. "Robosizer is easy to use and is intuitive to our customers' needs, making this yet another example of how we offer customers true application solutions using our high-quality products."
Product categories that are included in the Robosizer sizing software include grippers, rotaries, slides, thrusters, lift tables, load limiters, compliance devices, tool changers, machine load and unload, and feed escapements. Along with pictures of the products, specifications are displayed in both English and Metric units.
