Belt Style Oil Skimmers
ADI Corporation of Franklin Park, IL., introduces our "SS" series line of belt-type oil skimmers. Designed after two years of end-user input, our skimmers are rated specifically for the industrial marketplace to remove free floating oils in machine tool coolant reservoirs, aqueous parts washers and other process systems. Special designs and pricing available for OEM applications.
The units are precision formed of 316 marine grade, stainless steel and easily mount from either top or side. The UL listed, continuous duty motor and sealed enclosure ensure years of trouble-free operation. The skimmers have no wiper blades to replace, a fixed length design with integral self-adjustmenting design for belt stretch, non-slip drive rollers, polyurethane belt and operate on 120V-60Hz using only 3 watts of power! Models come in 6", 9" 12" and 18" lengths as measured from mounting area to lower roller. Two models are designated with oil removal rates of one quart to 1/2 gallon per hour capacities. All wetted parts are stainless steel to eliminate any possibility of corrosion, regardless of application or chemistries used. A one year limited warranty applies.
