A new Force-Flo Mixer has been introduced for use with bulk 275-340 gallon "totes". The mixer has an extended supply tube which accomodates "totes", to blend coolants, synthetics, aqueous cleaners, or mild and corrosive chemicals with water automatically for uniform emulsion at any proportion. Plant water line operating pressure (25 lb. minimum) is all that is necessary to operate the units. The mixers can dispense in approximately 1/10th the time of manual methods and can save up to 25% of coolant per month.
The mixers are simple to operate, are made of non-corrosive metal and have no moving parts. Brass, nickel-plated and stainless steel versions are available. A finger-tip control allows fine adjustment of mixing ratios. Three gals./min. and ten gals./min rated models are available. Units are available to accommodate 5 gallon pails, 15, 30 or 55 gallon drums in addition to the larger totes. Mixing ratio ranges are from 3 to 1 through 100 to 1.
