HUTCHINSON, Kan. – In southwest Ohio sits a village named Blanchester, a thriving bedroom community to Cincinnati and other villages where residents say the banana split was invented over 100 years ago, and is honored each June with its own festival in nearby Wilmington.

When the bank set out to make a core change, Naylor decided that finding the right people and product were more important than price-in that order.
But Naylor knows from experience that no amount of research tells you more about a company than real-world experience with their people. "In our first visit with DCI," says Naylor, "we personally met with and talked to more people face-to-face, including DCI executives, than we did the entire five years with our other core provider.
