'Office-of-One' configuration provides macro reporting, speech recognition and transcription workflow
ENCINO, Calif., Oct. 19 -- StructuRad, LLC, the innovator in next-generation radiology reporting solutions announces a low-cost solution for single radiologist operations. The Office-of-One configuration combines the advanced reporting features of ReportNow with StudyManager for workflow and report management. It addresses the requirements for imaging operations with only one radiologist and a small support staff and provides requisition input, consolidated worklist, and report creation and management. No other solution in this price range combines macro reporting, speech recognition, dictation and transcription with flexible workflow and automated report distribution. Office-of-One pricing starts at $2,995 for a single user configuration of one radiologist.

Office-of-One Radiology Reporting
Office-of-One is configured for flexibility so that a radiologist may choose any combination of speech recognition, dictation, macro templates, Word-based editing, and structured reporting to quickly create final reports. If dictation is chosen, StudyManager workflow will manage the end-to-end dictation and transcription process. Order requisition information from multiple sources can be used to create a consolidated worklist. Using the direct reporting features, the radiologist says the macro name or uses a mouse or pen to select a normal or abnormal template which is easily edited if required, then electronically signed and automatically distributed. For dictation the radiologist dictates into a built-in recorder and the transcriptionist opens the voice file for reporting from the worklist. A built-in voice player plays back the dictation while the transcriptionist edits the report in ReportNow.
Office-of-One is scaled for the small practice with a transcription workstation added for $2,690 and an office staff workstation for $795.
