nTAG Interactive Supports ACTE's Global Education Conference

BOSTON, June 27 /- nTAG Interactive, the premier provider of real-time event data management solutions, today announced that the Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE) used its interactive name badge solution to provide real-time data, messaging, surveys, attendee tracking, and live polling at its recent member educational summit. The nTAG system also facilitated business networking among members and lead capture for sponsors and exhibitors. Over 1,200 attendees from 37 countries engaged in the global event, recently held in Miami. nTAG helped the ACTE team coordinate over thirty educational sessions and an exposition area staffed by leading travel industry providers.

nTAGs were used in the following ways.
o Live polling allowed the audience to provide immediate feedback and to
have a closer rapport with speakers. Polling questions were made
available to the audience in English and Spanish.
o Real-time messages including schedule changes and inclement weather
alerts were broadcast to attendees via their nTAG badges.
o ACTE also provided multiple networking opportunities for attendees that
encouraged interactions between global regions, and between ACTE
members and non-members. The nTAG interactive badges helped provide
icebreaker topics of conversation, and simplified business card
exchanges among attendees.
Skyteam, a premier sponsor of the event, gained valuable information via market research surveys provided on the nTAGs.

Attendees with the most points won prizes, including free travel and other travel-related gifts. Exhibitors used their nTAG badges to easily collect leads and contact information from prospects and future business partners. They received their leads in electronic format for streamlined integration into their CRM systems.
